
Before I left for vacation (me and my sisters watching fireworks) I prepared in the way day Day 32 instructed us to, and it worked. I decided ahead of time on a plan all the way down to saying I can have 1/2 of a cinnamon roll at Grandma's. I lost 2 pounds on vacation! I got the hang of stopping before I was stuffed also and that felt so good to not HURT at the end of a meal. It feels really good to eat "just enough". Try it sometime. It was also easy to distract myself with relationships on vacation. They were more satisfying than the food. Now the battle begins. The stress of real life is back and I am tired and sick. I need to get back to the plan before I gain weight. I need to apply what I learned on day 33 about not eating because I feel bad. Because I do feel bad and I just wanna eat.
